They can be huge or little, doesn’t make a difference. What makes a difference is that you are setting aside the effort to concentrate on the positive and notice the easily overlooked details throughout everyday life.

I like to arrange it like this “Today was ________ (embed positive adjective word here) because…” and afterwards show a few things that made me happy. Along these lines, you will nod off with a smile each night, which you to wake up in a superior state of mind.
